Dear NovaWorld Members,
As you may have noticed, we have begun making changes to our NovaWorld site and policies. Among these changes is the 'preview' feature previously offered when buying a NovaWorld Gold Membership. New Gold Memberships purchased after April 23,2012, will no longer include this feature. However, if your account has Gold status on April 23, 2012, and remains actively gold thereafter, this feature will be grandfathered in along with the previous Gold membership features and promotions.
We will also be implementing a new NovaWorld User Agreement (EULA) and enhanced communications with our customers via NovaWorld, Twitter, Facebook, and a soon to be announced Blog. These steps will mark the beginning of a better coordinated approach to deliver new products and services. While we will continue to post updates and information in the NovaWorld Forums and Announcements section, we would like to encourage all of you to follow our Twitter feed (@NovaLogicInc) as it is the quickest way for all of you to get the latest Nova News.
